As a service to our clients, every Magnify home inspection comes with several FREE warranties! All of the warranties shown below are included. Each warranty covers a different component of the home such as the roof, sewer line, electrical, structural, and much more! See the warranties provided below.
The structural and mechanical warranty covers items that malfunction after the inspection and were confirmed to be in good working order by your inspector. This warranty covers a large variety of items such as furnace, water heater, plumbing, electrical, structural, etc.. This warranty lasts 90 days from inspection or 22 days after closing, whichever comes later, and carries a $0 deductible.
The sewer and water line warranty covers these components from failure such as collapse or tree roots. Where no drain backups or known issues are present, this coverage will serve to protect against failures between your home and the municipal connection or well/septic systems. This warranty lasts 90 days from inspection or 22 days after closing, whichever comes later. A sewer camera inspection with satisfactory results will automatically extend your coverage to 6 months.

The 18 Month Warranty by Residential Warranty Services represents the
broadest coverage available today. When your Certified Inspection Expert
provides a full home inspection, your property then qualifies to get an additional 6 months of warranty coverage, when you purchase the 12 month
policy. In fact, if you are ever denied coverage for a claim, that can be
verified eligible by any other contract we will either cover it, or give you
100% of your premiums back. Pricing is based on a simple square footage
system, and you'll never experience any up charges
