Magnify Property Inspections is individually owned and operated. My name is Tim Decker, and I am a graduate of Baker College with a bachelor's degree in business management. I have become very familiar with the industry, and have years of inspection experience. I am a member of the Lenawee County Association of Realtors (LCAR), an ASHI certified inspector, and AHIT certified. My experience, training, and testing have provided me with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide a detailed, translatable, and comprehensive inspection of a property, no matter the condition. I would be happy to work with you and assist you in the home buying or selling process!
